We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Maintenance Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will initially work under the guidance of senior consultants to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of maintenance and asset management. The focus will be on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior consultants in conducting site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Helping to develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and schedules to ensure equipment and infrastructure is well-maintained and operating at optimal performance
  • Providing support in the training and education of clients on best practices for maintenance and asset management
  • Identifying and recommending cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Collaborating with clients and senior consultants to establish and achieve maintenance and asset management goals
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in maintenance and asset management to ensure clients are informed of the latest technologies and techniques


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Languages: Dutch – English - French
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and asset management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software tools is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
